Hi, I’m Richard.

I’ve worked in IT since 2014, I started Practical Technology to give small businesses and home clients across Sydney the kind of support I’d want myself: someone who turns up, fixes the actual problem, and explains it in plain English. I look after networks and Wi-Fi, set up and support Windows, Mac, iPhone and Android devices, and help with phone systems and point-of-sale, on site or remotely. Whatever the job, I’ll keep it simple, honest and practical.
